Cara Memasak

1.
Mix 75ml cold water with 75g fried chicken frying premix..

Add in chicken cubes onto the mixture. Stir well..
3.
Coat the chicken cubes with 75g fried chicken frying premix..
4.
Deep fry until cook or golden brown. Set aside..

In a medium bowl, combine the orange juice, stock, cider vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar and orange zest. Set aside..

In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat..

Add garlic for 20 seconds. Add the mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes..
8.
Add the cornstarch mixture and stirring until the sauce has thickens. Season with salt. Remove from the heat.
9.
Add the crispy chicken cubes into the mandarin sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated. Ready to serve..
