CARA MEMASAK / COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Part A (Adunan Basah): 50g Tepung Ayam Goreng Pedas Bunga Raya dengan 50ml air sejuk dan 3 ketul ais.

Part B (Adunan Kering): 50g Tepung Ayam Goreng PedasBunga Raya.

Part A (Wet Coating): 50g of Bunga Raya Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken Premix with 50ml of cold water and 3 pieces of ice cube.

Part B: (Dry Coating): 50g of Bunga Raya Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken Premix.

2. Salutkan ayam dengan A (Adunan Basah) dan gaul sebati. Kemudian, salutkan ayam untuk kali-2 dengan B (Adunan Kering).

Coat the chicken with Part A (Wet Coating) and mix well. Then, continue for second coating with Part B (Dry Coating).

3. Panaskan minyak sehingga suhu 180°C atau sehingga sedia untuk digoreng. Letakkan sedikit adunan ke dalam minyak dan adunan akan terapung ke atas sekiranya minyak sedia digunakan.

Pre-heat the oil until 180°C or hot enough for frying. Drop a little batter into the oil and the batter will float to the top if the oil is ready.

4. Gorengkan sehingga masak atau menjadi kuning keemasan.

Deep fry until cooked or until golden brown.
