Cara Memasak

1.
Cut yam into pieces and steam for 20 minutes or until cooked.
2.
Mash cooked yam until smooth.
3.
Mix yam pasted with ingredients A. cook until boiling and thickened.
4.
Pour into mould and chilled at least 30 minutes.
5.
Cut yam filling into small pieces and put into mooncake mould.
6.
Cook agar-agar powder with water until boiling and thickend then add in pudding premix and mixed well.
7.
Mash cooked yam until smooth.
