Cara Memasak

1.
Separated egg (Mix egg yolk + caster sugar whisk together).
2.
Separated egg (Mix egg white + caster sugar until fluffy).
3.
Combine the mixture in a large bowl and beat until smooth .
4.
Then add chocolate cake premix and butter into batter. Mix well.
5.
Spread the batter into the baking pan. Bake for only around 20 minutes (175C).
6.
Remove the cake from the oven. While the cake is cooking, make the cream filling.
7.
Mix well the ingredients (icing sugar + butter + cocoa powder).
8.
Peel off the parchment paper, spread the cream filling, then roll it back up easily..
9.
Mix well the ingredients (whipped cream + cooking chocolate).
10.
While the batter is cooling. Cut and place form the log cake shape.
11.
Lastly apply cream on cake surface and use fork to form the texture of tree log lining .
12.
Chill for 30 minutes and ready to serve.
